Jeannie Dulay is very knowledgeable regarding Medicare and supplemental medical insurance. She provided the information we needed to make informed decisions on what plans would best suit our medical insurance needs. She explained in detail what each Medicare plan covered, the monthly cost of each and what our out of pocket expenses would be. Jeannie also explained how the Medicare part D prescription drug plans work. We gave her a list of our current medications and she showed us what options would best cover the medication costs. It was meant to be! We first met Jeannie Dulay when she came to our house on a Friday afternoon. She asked if we were familiar with all the options for Medicare medical coverage. Jeannie gave us a lot of information and explained different options. She was very knowledgeable. Being first in retirement status quo, we wanted to think about all the information Jeannie gave us. We told her we wanted to think about it. We didn't sign up initially with Jeannie. We wanted to get a second opinion. We ended up signing up with someone else that was a recommendation by one of the local senior facilities. We quickly found ourselves ghosted! She went through all our options and made the necessary changes and explained why. Apology accepted!
